Breaking News and Product Reviews Short Video Creation

We are looking for someone that can create SEO optimized videos on breaking news and product reviews for original content creation on our site/blog/social media/youtube channel. Topics will be provided, and must have the following:
- splash page
- smooth text and video transitions
- royalty-free background music
- copyright-free images and video
- 35 seconds to 1:25 minutes long
- splash screen (we will provide)
- social media friendly size and format
We will need at least 4 of these per month (once a week) and a fast response time for urgent content (breaking news). Project is for 5 short videos per month.
* Fast turn around times are preferred. (few hours - one day)
