VBA programmer to create word document from form.

This is a one-time project to develop an automated form-filler using VBA and Microsoft Word 2007. Brief description: The output will be a letter generated from a template. Input will be data from a form and a MS Word Template. 1. User will fill out a form with simple information such as names, addresses, and a few other bits of info. 2. User will make selections on what paragraphs that will be in the Word document that will be created from a template. 3. The application will use the user input and the template to create a letter document. If you have experience creating documents using Word 2007 templates and VBA, please reply.
