Hi Sir, I'm a web designer and developer. I do Javascript and css works. I can do this project, i.e to create interactive image map. I have checked the attached image. So as specified by you, I can make the objects in the image clickable, and some hover effects that show some information when the user mouse overs a specific image area. When the user will click, it can have an option to perform some event or to send to a different page. The project will be completed and delivered within Budget and within the committed time. On rollover any of the following can happen; 1. The segment blurs out and a text labeling the segment becomes visible. 2. The segment enlarges and the other segments blurs. 3. A text label overlays the segment. 4. The color of the segment changes. 5. An enlarged image of the segment overlays the overall image.

Hi, I am very skilled with illustrator, and specifically SVG animation which would be a great way to do this project. With the SVG version of this image we could easily make specific buildings, people, or any shape have specific hover effects like change color, increase size, or anything else you can really imagine. Also SVG would allow the entire image to scale to whatever resolution you wanted for your website, and SVG has very good browser support these days so it should work on most devices. I have done a few Vector graphics for other clients I would be happy to show you, however, because the image is already done, this is more about animating it on the website, which I would do with the Javascript Library, VelocityJS, which is a great framework that supports all browsers using javascript and css animations.
