Need a static website with some dynamic elements - we have the home page design in psd

We have the home page design of a website in PSD form just to get an idea of the overall design and theme. The rest of the pages will follow the same design but we dont have or need psd for those inner pages. We have attached the mobile version and the desktop version of the home page. The website needs to be responsive to all devices. We will give the written content for the inner pages too. The website is mostly static except for a few dynamic elements like: 1. Some forms: Parcel Pickup form shown on home page, complaint form and contact form - this needs to be sent to an email. The parcel pickup form should have a feature to detect current location from browser as you can see in the design jpeg attached. 2. A pricing calculator on the home page - we will give you the rules to calculate the pricing. 3. Tracking feature as can be seen on the home page We will give you a rest api - a http link for this. When you call this rest api via a http link you will get the tracking data in json format which you will parse and display appropriately. All other elements and pages are static on the site.
