Attached you see a schematic of an audio amplifier. I got it from reverse engineering of the original amplifier PCB. When I attach the Voltage the fuses get blown. I found already one mistake: Base of Q15 is not connected to Base Q16. Instead base Q15 is just connected to collector of Q15. Base of Q16 is connected like in the picture (R29, R30) but not to Base Q15.

I have built a circuit for operating a photodiode in close to zero volts and measuring the photocurrent that comes off the photodiode. Right now I have a light signal of ~80 mV and a dark signal of less than 5 mV. The high signal has a signal to noise ratio of 19:1, taken from my measurement of standard deviation of signal of ~ 4 mV, which may include noise from the stability of my light source. I need to take my output signal and amplify it to a maximum of ~4 V, without introducing (much) more noise.
