(URGENT) Modify two existing banners to look more similar

I have two banners that have already been designed. They were designed by two separate people. I want to sit them beside each other, but they both have a very different look and feel. Please modify these so they have a similar look and feel, so they won't look weird standing beside each other. You don't have to redesign them, just incorporate a few design features so they look like they go together.

The PSD files are very large since they are for 6 foot tall banners. Here are links to the PSD files:

(I realize one of those files is actually a PSB file, it's the same thing as a PSD and opens in Photoshop just the same)
