Maelezo ya Shindano

I am needing a company promotional t-shirt design. I know that I want the shirt to be grey and the screen printing to be black. I want a stenciled American Flag on the right shoulder and our logo and company motto on the front or the back somehow. Our company motto is "Mission Critical Solution Integrity". I am ok with the whole company logo being used or just the shield and the letters "A" and "D". I also had the idea to do a stenciled collage of different types of soldiers or military branches together as a big design piece on the front or the back with our company motto either on top of it or below it. I also like the graphics from the front of our catalog, so I have uploaded a screen shot of that as well. I also thought the attached image would look really cool on the short stenciled or something similar. I am not an artist, so I am needing a professional to design something really cool.
