I have a family room that needs 3 photos with a full virtual makeover, but the walls, windows, floors, and ceiling must stay exactly as they are. All 3 photos should match up with each other in the final virtual staged photos. Your task is to layer on a fun, unmistakably Floridian vibe—think breezy vacation home in Key West—without touching the existing architecture.

Here’s the look I’m after: All 3 photos are different angles of the same room and need to
• Lush tropical plants and greenery that feel fresh, not overgrown.
• Colorful, beach-themed accents—rattan, woven textures, maybe a playful surf or coral motif.
• Light, airy furniture pieces that invite relaxation.

For color, please center everything around classic tropical hues: sun-washed teal, coral, and sunshine yellow. I don’t need any current furniture or architectural details highlighted; instead, treat the room as a clean slate and build the whole scene from new digital elements.

Deliverables
1. One high-resolution, print-ready JPEG (minimum 3000 px wide) of the fully staged space.
2. A web-optimized version for MLS and social media.
3. A brief note on key props, textures, and Pantone/HEX colors used so I can keep future rooms consistent.

Files can be produced in Photoshop, 3ds Max, Blender, or your preferred rendering software as long as the final images look photorealistic. Let me know if you need the original photo in another format or any additional measurements before you get started.
