I want to do the bird on top of an outline of the tequila gun and label with the gun pouring into a glass with a lime on the rim. Bird should have a cowboy hat on and be flying holding the gun with his feet as if he is pouring it. "Tequila Mockingbird” under the gun handle in the same font and layout as seen in the second picture. Keep it simple like the image attached so it can go on any shirt color. The barrel of the gun should say stamped "Beachside Cowboys". Going for rustic, sketched theme

I understood that the owner did not like any illustration and preferred to call the winner of his other contest to send an illustration at the last minute and give it as the winner. If the owner wanted a better illustration, he should have rate the works, give recomendatios or increase the price.
