Hi, I'm a graphic designer looking for someone to execute the cover of this e-book with the following instructions. Trying to give as much info as possible, sorry it is so long!

The cover is for a restaurant recipes e-book for the Florida keys

The cover will be a vector Illustration

The cover has to reflect the Florida keys, tropical funky, bright colors
The cover should be a funky waitress and restaurant look in background

Attached is a painting by a local keys artist for the concept
(painting is not the right dimensions, only for concept)
Waitress coming out of Kitchen with a tray of food

Also attaching a sample of the inside pages of the ebook (still rough) which cover should reflect

Either use the painting as a template and recreate with brighter color
or think out of the box - but need restaurant representation and waitress

The dimensions are 7"x10"
Need area at top for headline and area at bottom for logo to go on top of illustration
