Looking for a unique design for a restaurant menu. We are a quick service restaurant in a refurbished auto repair garage. We would like the menu design to resemble a (vintage/retro) auto repair ticket. Please see the attached files for details on content and format. We would like customers to be able to fill out the menu on a single sheet of perforated tearaway paper (perhaps with yellow/pink carbon customer copy, as they often do in repair shops). Customers would then hand the completed order "ticket" to the clerk and the order would be filled. Really looking for a general template that we can modify as our menu changes. Integrate automotive fonts at the header and standard font for the menu listing. A 5"x7" design is ideal if possible.

  Hi Erion, I'm sorry I don't have a better quality image. That picture was just from a quick pinterest search. I only attached it as a general format template. Ideally, the menu would have the menu items pre-printed and then a check box or quantity box for the user to fill out. Much like an a-la-carte menu at a sushi restaurant but in the repair ticket format. Thank you for your inquiry. Good luck.
