Maelezo ya Shindano

Dear freelancers,
I need a 3D rendering (2 views minimum) of our new Wellness area inside our hotel.
Attached you can find:
- skp file with 2d floorplan and 3d model of the area (just for your reference, no obligation to use this file for your render)
- description of the various items (the pictures in this documents are from previous wellness areas, so don't take into consideration the colours and materials used in these pictures - the pictures are only for reference for their items)
- reference picture for our new SPA: we think that this picture contains the mood for the SPA, thanks to the choice of grey tiles and wood

DOs list:
- the SPA will be covered on all wall, you can choose various types of tiles' surface and tiles' colours, keeping the overall design "light coloured" (please avoid wide areas of dark, black, etc.)
- you can choose to use wood material for decoration, as long as it can endure long life (e.g.: avoid to put wood parts too close to the pool or inside the turkish bath, because it will deteriorate fast)
DON'Ts list:
- avoid extremely expensive decoration (the project has a "medium" budget)

The winner will be chosen based on 2 criterias:
- quality of the design, of the colours and materials used
- quality of the picture, details, "wow effect"

I remain at complete disposal for any further information or document.
I will wait until the end of the project to choose the winner.

    Dear all, I want to thank you for the participation to my contest. As I previously said, there has been many great works and it has not been easy to choose a winner. At the end we have chosen a solution that, in our opinion, fits best with the specific characteristics of the hotel's environment and design.     Dear all, thank you very much for your entries; I've seen many great proposals from talented professionals, many more than I expected. Your hard work is much appreciated.       Hi Jonathan! Thank you for the participation. Unfortunately we cannot align the false ceiling because they contain the ventilation system. We can lower the ceiling (in the middle) for max 10 cm.

      That Jacuzzi height can be changed? It's a little bit too tall.

      Hi Henrique, thank you for the questions. I will answer here to your points:
      - the room behind the Jacuzzi is a technical room with walls high to the ceiling
      - the rectangular behind the Sauna is a free space that we cannot use because it will be covered by the sauna. The rectangular room outside the SPA is a Restroom/Locker room
      - yes, the ceiling is just above. The 2 false ceiling on the two opposite sides contain the ventilation system
      - yes you can change the Jacuzzi steps
      - Jacuzzi heaight can be increased, or decreased for max 20 cm
