We have a website with great number of pageviews but when we ask Google to be "Adsense" authorised it's not working. Maybe it's the mobile page speed, maybe it's something else. Anyway, we need someone who can optimise our website without affecting any of the current pluggins/display of the current website.

Hey there. If you got rejected they should tell you the reason in the mail they sent you. But it would be my guess that the website is too new. I also see some backlinks that Google might not like. The other might be that you have a store on your website. You need to eliminate those things one by one and simply try again. I would require a look at the Wordpress dashboard to see if there are any plugins that are out of date and considered a security/malware risk.
