I have a property of 1000 square meters where i wish to build 4 to 5 low income houses. House must be 2 bedroom with 1or 1 and a half bathroom. must have include a small laundry area or room. This is not a must, but would be nice to have a porch on the roof as well. A small front porch will be nice, must not be too big seeing i have to consider that it is low income. House must have a nice design in front and a small patio in front for the entry or where one can park there car.
Each lot will be about 200 square. 14meters x 14 meters about. Which means the low income house has to be much smaller to fit house and a parking area for the car.
