Condo community looking to re-brand after 17 years since being founded in 2004. The winning design must capture the spirit of the surrounding neighborhood (Vinings, Georgia) which is known for it's wooded, park-like grounds. Please reference the photos to get a feel for the community. We want something that's sophisticated but approachable.

Vinings View is a charming community of 216 units spread out over 13 garden style 3-story buildings constructed on Mt. Wilkinson, just outside of Atlanta, GA. The units are quaint but the village of Vinings has a very green, lush, wooded, small town feel just outside the bustling city and has become a very in demand area for buyers. We're looking for a clean & contemporary logo that helps to refresh the brand for our popular community. Property values in Vinings and throughout the city have been skyrocketing and we want to present a brand that's on par with the million dollar plus homes that we're surrounded by. In the coming years we will redo the exteriors and all signage and the logo will serve as inspiration for the new aesthetics of the community.

Requirements:
The logo should be primarily text ("Vinings View"); please put a lot of thought into the selection of a contemporary font or pairing of fonts. Additional elements could be incorporated for interest or to reference the tree canopy that the area is known for but this is largely a text logo. Note: the community was established in 2004.

The sample logo below was created as a draft by one of our residents and can be used for reference. While we like the overall logo, we don't feel that it is quite there yet. Feel free to use it as inspiration or come up with something totally new. I'd like the logo to print well in color or b&W and will need a variety of the basic file formats including JPG & PDF.
