I need assistance in depicting the information in the attached graphic in a more professional manner. What is current depicted (or attempted) is to illustrate 3 different phases of product development. The first phase (Conceputal Phase) involves various entities like universities, inventors, or suppliers that have ideas that have not been fully tested. There is a high degree of risk associated with ideas in this phase (shown by arrow at the bottom). They work with a company called Novus Industry, which further develops the idea, tests it, figures out the marketability of the idea. This is the "Formative Phase" and the risk goes down substantially. Finally it goes to the "Commercialization Phase" that may involve end users or suppliers. Since a lot of work has been done by Novus Industry, the risk to the clients in the "Commercialization Phase" is low.

Note that Novus Industry deals with industrial application and technologies ranging from software, engineering, chemicals, etc. Also, the concept in the attached document is not fixed and you are free (and encouraged) to use your creativity. Thanks for your help!
