We need a professionally looking and aesthetically pleasing logo design for our online Company as per the below requirements.

0. The logo must be UNIQUE and DISTINCT from the generic designs on the web.
1. The company enables users to search for and find short-term property letting / rentals (online) which are offered by hosts (typically home owners).
2. The property search is done completely online.
3. The logo must include only one word 'baitok' (=which literally means "your home")
4. The letters of the logo (described in 3) can be small or capital letters or a mix of both.
5. Use of light blue color to give a sense of hospitality would be encouraged.
6. The designer may use a symbol / icon (such as a house or key or something creative to represent the business) within the letters of the logo (described in 3).

Just FYI ... beware !! cos ur gonna get something similar to these as well, happens everytime there is a mention about building, construction, housing, real estate, maintenence, architecture, etc ... Avoid rating them cos it only encourages them that re-using/ recycling works.
