Maelezo ya Shindano

Project involves creating a human machine interface for a chemical dispensing automation instrument. The dispensing equipment has been already designed and built but it needs a modern looking housing, mostly made of anodized aluminum and colored polycarbonate viewing window(s). Rough dimensions 100 cm L x 50 cm W x 50 cm H. External opening for sample cassette insertion with closing servomotor: 12 cm W x 3 cm H. A frame for a touch screen must be ergonomically located. Instrument shold be easy to open and easy to load with consumables (controlled door movement). Must have an exahust fan located inside with a filtered air intake located at the front and an exhaust at the back. All components of the instrument should be located inside except a vacuum pump which is to be placed on the floor and connected with plastic tubing to the inside of the housing. Cable connectors for up to four power sources located inside must connect to a single outlet located inside the housing. LED lights should turn on when equipment opens and illuminate the interior evenly. Cable to connect touch display should be concealed. Some examples of similar equipment are provided.
