Help me with a name/logo for my knife company

Hello, I am a 20+ year veteran Chef that wants to start a knife making/custom handle/repair/sharpening company. What I've been mainly doing so far is taking antique turn of the century knives, completely stripping them and cleaning them up to look brand new, then putting a modern multi wood handle on them. I've also been making smaller knives, cut from old saw blades, taking people's existing chef knives that have broken or ugly handles and making them awesome custom handles. The image I'm going for is "rebirth" or "reincarnation" but I am having trouble thinking of a great name for the company. I would like to incorporate an ouroboros into the logo, which is a centuries old symbol for rebirth or recreation. The logo will need to be simple enough to be etched on the side of a knife or burned into a handle, but detailed enough to put on shirts/hats/webdesign etc. Think antiques, collectible, Carbon Steel, old meets new. I want a really high end feel to the concept. I will attach a picture of an ouroboros. Thanks!

I am not looking for the name to be "rebirth". I am looking for something that can get the concept across but also sounds a little more creative or interesting. For example, Novī is the masculine plural for "New" in Latin. I'm not sold on that one, but you get where I'm going. You can also incorporate other words like "customs", "knife works", "cutlery" into the name. Whatever sounds the best and fits the concept will be awarded.
