Hello,

I am looking for a creative and funny cartoonist/caricaturist to create an image that will be printed on a t-shirt that will be handed out to friends who attend the birthday celebration. I would like the colours to be vibrant and have a retro feel. The print should have dimension of 8.5 inches by 11.5 inches.

The Project needs to be finalized by October 26. Please look at the attachment for an outline on expectations.
