E-commerce company is in need of redesigning their product tiles. These tiles will be found on browse pages throughout the website. It will feature some functionality and buttons which need to be designs. Using our logo colors (which are also attached) please design a functional tiles for us.

Specifics we need:
- Tile will need boarder
- Tile will have hover over effect (supply 2nd variation of image with hover effect)
- Tile will have 2 buttons, 1 button will be for specific functionality and you can just title is "button" for now, the other button will be the add to cart button/"buy now"
- Tiles will have static icons. The icons supplied in the image are only for example purposes. We will need new icons designed for these tiles. The icons purpose are for "Quick View", "Add to Wishlist", "Chat"
- Tile will have star rating, please use different stars than supplied.
- Tile must use logo colors for the borders
- Buttons must have good call to action colors
