Design some labelling

I would like 2 labels to be designed for a product we are releasing. This product is the Sentinel 2 Digital Locator and needs to have a very good design encompassing the testrix logo, the text to say what it is - Digital Locator or even Utilities Locator. It MUST have the model number Sentinel 2 prominently on the labelling (with the TM sign). If possible to place an Australian Flag somewhere in the design, that would be excellent. The product is green in colour.

I am attaching the logo, and the exact labelling sizes - there are 2 of them.

      I need something professional. Have a look at the labelling on a product such as the Verifier G3 from McLaughlin (you can search it). The labelling needs to be of that standard, but not necessarily black.

    Please note, I require the design to be on the decal sizes I have uploaded. The first 2 entries are just pure rubbish which look like they have taken 5 minutes to do. Let me clarify. UNLESS YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS AND CANNOT USE ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP OR SIMILAR DO NOT ENTER AS I WILL REJECT YOUR ENTRY. I also require the vector files at the end in .psd format. These files will need to be sent to the printer. Please provide a professional high quality entry.
