We spend so much of our lives balancing chase for "having it all" and "doing it all" that it's easy to lose track of the importance of being loved for everything we are in this moment. Many women, like Deb, Niru and Suz tread softly around their desire to find a group of people by whom they can be unconditionally loved and accepted, while staying in true to who they really are. Find Our Tribe is an initiative started to connect the tribes of women we so often come across and help the women we know find tribes who accept them for who they are!

We often have separate groups of friends who may or may not interact with each other, and while they understand one part of us – the absolute bliss of finding a group of women who will accept all sides of you and listen to any part of your story without judgement.

What you'll find when you truly connect with a tribe is a group of human beings who accept you just as you are. You'll find the courage to be brave, the conviction to go and chase your dreams, and the strength to be imperfect in those moments when life gets complicated.
