60 x 45 (45 x 60) inches , no pixelation , no need to over complicate, less is more. Of course it's up to you.

Fonts:
Use solid, modern colors. You can play around with that. Just don't make 3d, stretching and other weird stuff. Most important thing here is to feel how it will look in reality in someone's office. And also try to make it so that wide audience of people would like it. Check 2018 - 2019 pop culture art / design / font trends
