I need a banner design. The edge of the banner will have a 3D design that will make it look lite it is torn (A sample has been attached). I want the tear to be at the TOP LEFT (3D design) of the banner.

I have also attached my Company's LOGO.

The text on the banner should be as follows:

On the top left edge, where there is a 3D tear design, I want the text "Start Your Career Here" to be there.

You can use any variation of my LOGO
