6 panels A4 double sided portait (roll folded into DL size) takeaway menu for a Japanese restaurant. Need to be designed in Photoshop in CMYK. Proofs to be sent to me in PDF format for proof-read as I don't have photoshop. Editing may be required. More about the restaurants can be found on www.miyakocuisine.com.au

Design guides:
Background needs to be in black.
Must incorporate ( 1) our logo, (2) our address and phone number, (3) our website (4) Include text "Order online now at www.miyakocuisine.com.au"
No preference in font style.
Would be great if you can incorporate some photos in there to make it interesting. (Sample photos attached). More can be viewed at our website which you can copy and paste for your submission. Originals would be provided later once you won the contest.
Front panel needs to be cover (logo and business details). Use all remaining 5 panels for menu. No blank pages.
