Maelezo ya Shindano

I have attached a very rough mockup of what we are looking for. Essentially we would like to incorporate the eagle with the banner and a sunburst behind. We also want it to be colorful and like the idea of adding both "Dream Big Win" and DBW to the banner. The pink blobs on the image are where we want to place a rose. The mockup is only a concept and please don't let it steer you too much beyond the main components.

    The three critical elements of the logo are the eagle, the banner with Dream Big Win, and the rose. We will still consider other designs but our main intention is to incorporate those three elements. Thanks.
