Hello!
I'm wanting a flyer made up that features the content attached in the word document provided. I would like this flyer made up in branding colors (look to logo attached to see these) and have attached documents similar to what I'm looking for. If possible, I would like the colors used to have a transparent look to them instead of full block colored boxes which is very contrasting. (Refer to the example which is attached please).

Please do not copy this example PDF completely, but use it as a reference. I also don't want titles in any colored text boxes.

The flyer's title should be in the upper fold and be attention catching.
I would like the font type to be professional and small.
I also require the company logo on the bottom of the page followed by this information:

I also need a CONTACT US FORM made on another page. The attached word document for this is provided.
