I am after a Delapitation Report Template that I can reuse with ease. We are happy for the report to be either in Excel or Word, whatever you feel is better.
We would like to be able to edit the main text, but also have the sheet protected.

I am a builder and we will use the Report to record defects on a Jobsite. So we would like to take a photo of the defect upload the photo to the excel spreadsheet and have the ability to make comments on each photo.

Generally the report will contain up to 20 images.
The report should contain:
1. Header and Footer (refer to attachment for details - refer delapidation report Heading and Header)
2. Report Headings (see attachment- refer delapidation report Heading and Header)
3. Main section to allow for up to 20 images. We want the image section to be fixed so no one can alter anything. (see attachment Design for Inspection)
4. There needs to be a comment section next to the image. (see attachment Design for Inspection )
5. This need to be a professional looking report.
6. Information for footer (see attachement)
7. We want to be able to PDF the workbook or sheet, so the margins need to be correct.

Do you want the details in header such as Organisation Name, Project Name, Project Team to be editable? What about template no, form no. etc. Form created date can be a static date field or dynamic date which auto updates when document is opened each time. Please specify your need. #guaranteed
