I am looking for someone to take an existing WordPress theme that my company uses very often and give it a Face lift. We want a new home page redesign but we want to keep certain elements of the existing theme such as the side bar location and the main menu. I have detailed functional specs for the home page layout available upon request. We also need the internal page to be jazzed up a little bit. We need this done within one week.

It is important to us that the designer also be proficient at PHP and WordPress integration so that they can take our existing theme file and work FROM those exact files. We want to be able to upload our newly revised theme into any WordPress installation over and over but with possibly different websites so instead of providing a logo location we want that spot to be something we can change by simply typing in the name of the .com

In this case, the name "xyz.com" is the LOGO or Website Title and it should be something we can swap the font and style out on easily within WordPress.

We are looking to spend $350 for the entire project which includes both the redesign of the home page and internal page as well as the integration of the new design into our current WordPress theme. We also expect that some form of widget or plugin can be used within WordPress to easily change the Site Title spot that will serve as our logo.

  do you have any examples of something cleaner and easy for an audience that would be 45+ Most of our sites are "HOW TO" or Informal Based websites and we want a modern layout that really displays the internal post very well. We use images for our internal post, one main image to be exact and we would like the home page to display those images in a tile format but with some added design in between. This also has to be designed from my existing theme file so that the newly redesigned theme can be simply uploaded into WordPress the way our theme currently does. Thank you
