I'm after font, icons and a logo for my new business called Your House & Land WA

The logo will be used for the website, email signature, business cards and social media etc.

I am an Independent House & Land Specialist, what I do is qualify my clients by looking into finance, then find a suitable block of land and a house design (off the plan) and guide them through the building journey... Or I connect them to a suitable finance broker, land agent and building company.

On my website it would say that it works in 3 easy steps... Finance, Land & House, so I'm thinking it would be cool to have an icon for finance plus an icon for the block of land plus and icon for the house (built house or off the plan or both, maybe a house icon with a ruler/red pen for example)... And the house and land icons could come together to become the main logo.

Colour ideas: I will target all people. I don't mind blue as I'm all about trust, but I may get a lot of female clientele so I'm thinking either pink or red colour scheme but classy and simple, nothing too out there. Also open to different ideas.

I wouldn't mind a little bit of an emphasis on 'Your' (from Your House & Land WA), also the name doesn't have to have the WA on the end as it won't always be used.

Thank you, all great. Not sure why everyone seems to copy the same entries though. They all look very similar to the first entry, I don't like the writing. Wanting Your to be empathised, no WA on the end and no capitals. To be Your House & Land all in one line with Your accentuated. As mentioned, I like the logo of the one I gave 4 stars to but would like to see it in a red or pink colour something, something elegant, but not a bold colour.

Can we make it Your House & Land - let's remove WA please. I like the emphasis on 'Your House' here but another option is a slight emphasis on just 'Your'

Really liking #2 by Alfa H, I wouldn't mind seeing it in a different colour scheme, maybe pink or red. Maybe without the capital letters too. Open to different fonts.
