WEBSITE SCOPE

IMPORTANT: I AM LOOKING FOR A SAMPLE SITE IN THE WORDPRESS AVADA THEME! You should be able to show me a link to the sample site. If you are familiar with Avada, the code will be an easy transition.

Here is the summary:
We are a startup that needs a website asap. We know that content drives design…so we are going to give you basics and we will fill in the rest. This is you creating a template that we fill in!
Company Name: Buenoh!
Here are the basics needed:
- A website in Wordpress using the Avada theme.
- A WooCommerce ordering page that flows with the site.
o We will be implementing WooCommerce Subscriptions and Order Delivery plugins as well.
- The site should be flow with the fonts and colors of the logo (attached).
- Each page needs to be specifically designed for desktop/tablet/mobile viewing using the Avada containers designated for each. A design alterations for mobile phones may needed (Please refer to the Avada theme “Craft Beer” for an example).
- Pages needed:
o Home Page
 The opening graphics should be related, attractive, and fast to load.
o The Story (about us)
 A story about our team and why we started the business.
o The Food (the menu)
 This is broken into 3 sections (each with a picture):
• Standard Meals
• Healthy Meals
• Vegetarian Meals
o The Benefits (our sales pitch)
 This is broken into 4 sections (each with a picture):
• For Busy People
• For Healthy People
• For Cost Savings
• For Losing Weight
o ORDER NOW page
 a shopping cart page for WooCommerce
o Contact Us page
 Phone
 Email
 Facebook
- A main header that is consistent on every page.
- Footer site map
- Links to social media
o Facebook
o Twitter
o Instagram

Anything past what we have above will be great! Since the content is currently being developed, we are looking for a professional looking template that in responsive to desktop/tablet/phone browsing and ordering. We will fill in the content after delivery and we are keeping it simple. We have other websites that need development (using the Avada theme) and we are looking for someone that is easy to work with. We look forward to hearing from you!

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY:
We deliver pre-made food two times a week (Mondays and Thursdays). It is delivered to EITHER the customers home (for an additional [$1] fee per item ordered) or a pre-defined location (ie a central gym for all their customers to retrieve their food). We allow the customer to choose their plan (ie Standard, Healthy, or Vegetarian) and QTY they desire for the Monday and/or Thursday delivery and if they want this recurring or a on-time order. This is charged when they order, and the order is automatically placed and charged when we start the next cycle. The customer has the ability to change/cancel their recurring order for either cycle (Monday or Thursday). We notify the customer of their order they will be placing the day before the order is placed. They can turn on/off these notifications. Orders placed will have a cut off time for each delivery period (example: Monday deliveries are prepared on Sunday. Items for Sunday preparation is purchased on Saturday. Deliveries for Monday delivery are cut off on Saturday at 1pm and deliveries for Thursday delivery are cut off on Tuesday at 1pm).

For everyone wondering what I was looking for, I created a quick mock up in the Avada theme using one of their sample sites (Craft Beer). The look is too dark for me...but I like how professional it appears and smooth. I edited some of the text to fit into what we are doing. Here is a link:
