I would like to create a logo for a new technology I developed--"Ascend Talent Management System" --the acronym is ATMs. Looking for something creative and fun. The technology is used to support organizations that provide services to youth or to companies looking to manage human capital (employees). The logo will be placed in the upper corner or lower banner of the screen for branding purposes--I don't dimensions very well so if you need more specifics please send samples and I can inform you which might look best?

-I don't have many thoughts on how it should look unfortunately but it should give the sense of confidence and professionalism as we're selling to businesses and connects someone to what we actually do-- help organizations manage students and partners in a more focused way to increase their skills and capabilities. I think of our product as a tool to create and manage the talent pipeline, the students, the employment opportunities, the available resources...etc...etc.

I'm attaching a flyer from a customer that uses our system--they call the product CAMS and you can see a bit of the graphics that were used to promote their programs (not the technology in particular). Doesn't have to look like this but this is bright, fun and conveys a sense of complexity as well.

I need both a logo for "ATMS or ATMs" not sure which looks best and "Ascend Talent Management System". I will need them in mutiple formats to support online, print and future modifications (i.e., native files and flat files).
