Task:
Design a simple user interface / template for a health related webapp called Health Hub

Description of the web application
* Health Hub is a Patient Management System that caters to Patient’s health related data
* The system is a backend webapp used by Admin Users only.
* It is administered by Admin Users where they can add patients to the system and all related data thereafter, for e.g patient’s cases, questionnaire forms, appointment calendar etc.
*The system also has a dashboard for displaying graphs, statistics and menus etc.

The Task is to:
1. Design a WebApp template for admin dashboards and control panels
2. The color schematic for the above must include the following
#168CCC Blue
#15A2AB Turquoise
#AFBE30 Green
3. Since it is a backend system it’s MAIN background color should be white and not too many flash colors
4. Please design at least 2 pages : 1 to display the dashboard items for e.g graphs and statistics and the other must have a form designed in the template

3. Template design (2-3 pages)
4. Images
