A logo identical to that of Lucas Film

Maelezo ya Shindano

As per object, I would like a logo that imitates in all respects the logo of LucasFilm, the famous film production company.
1) Instead of the word LUCASFILM you have to insert the word LUCASTEAM
2) Instead of the word Ltd at the bottom, insert an icon (a star, the light of a star, two lightning bolts crossed, or something similar)

I would need the logo in
1) vector, single color
2) green on black in the style of the attached image
3) and possibly in a style that seems drawn by hand, by pencil, on a sheet
