  Tania you have a series of a symbol that can be use for ico. And the symbol seem relate to finance and trading which is good. However my suggestion are: 1. Use one main color instead of 2, you can chose blue as main and the other can be white or black, that will reflect your true value of the logo, currently it look nice because you use 2 color of contratery. 2 The text part must be improve. Maybe the fx is more flying and VNOL is more bold and firm
