We are a logistics company in an emerging market who want to ensure that packages that are transported within the city are not stolen. We hope to use pizza deliverymen to transport other things but there is no assurance that they will be honest to the job.
This contest is for a creative minded individual who can offer a solution to 4 things.
1. How do you ensure that a motorcycle rider does not abscond with valuables that they are to deliver to someone else? e.g. What kind of tracking devices can be used on the packages - any package, even a cake.
2. How do you create a sense of security for users who are sending and expecting packages through us? e.g. safe deposit boxes to be used in place of motorcycle tail boxes - with customized and dynamic codes that the sender alone will provide to the recipient for the package to open.
3. How do we vet strangers who want to ride for us but who have nothing of value for us to use as collateral in the event that they abscond with a customer's valuables? This method had to be a cost effective method.
4. Offer a very real solution and not a hypothetical one so that a supplier can be contracted to do the job

Bear in mind that it is a low income earning job riding the delivery bikes so the incentive to abscond with an Iphone 7 or the entire motorcycle tail box - is very high. Feel free to think way out of the box and cost effectively.
