Low Impact Renovation
Dear Sir, Madam, Attached my proposal in which I tried to create a large, circular living space, with lots of natural light, yet with independent spaces, without direct sightlines. I hope you like the new connection to the lovely park at the rear, through the kitchen windows, and the cosy porch at the entrance. Besides that, I have ensured that all rooms and bathrooms have windows for natural ventilation and daylight. I have taken the liberty to extend the villa with a conservatory, for both better comfort, as well as allowing for passive energy saving solutions. Looking around via google maps, I noticed that most of your neighbours have extensions, well up until their property limits. My conclusion therefore is that it won't be a hassle getting a permit. Having said that, I am happy to adapt the plan if you like the concept but do not want to build an extension. Will stay available for alterations and detailing if required. Kind regards, Olaf
